Dynavac thermal vacuum, vacuum bakeout, and electric propulsion test systems are based on standard platforms covering smallsats to interplanetary spacecraft.  Chambers are available in several geometries with volumes from 180 l to over 100 m³.  Thermal systems with single or multiple independent zones can use mechanical chillers, liquid nitrogen, gaseous nitrogen, and liquid helium to give the temperature range and ramp rates needed to test requirements.

Dynavac’s integrated control system provides the operator with a simple, intuitive interface to define test protocols and monitor and record all system parameters during a test.  Sophisticated interlocks ensure safe and reliable operation protecting the test article, thermal vacuum system, and operator.

In addition to turnkey systems, we offer system upgrades of thermal hardware, vacuum pumping, and system controls.  Our full range of accessories can be added to a chamber to realize your thermal, power, and data acquisition needs.
