ClimeEvent

Our ClimeEvent climate chamber is as innovative as it is sophisticated and offers you real added value in everyday testing. With increased humidification and dehumidification performance and a new type of control for even more precise humidity values - the perfect solution for testing the influence of temperature and humidity on the properties, function and service life of your products.

This makes the ClimeEvent unique.

Also with new climate-friendly refrigerant R744.

Our single-stage systems (down to -40°C) will be replaced by CO2 systems (GWP = 1) on 1 January 2025. Even at -40°C, the system still offers sufficient power to operate your test material.

Connectivity is key.

Versatile thanks to our in-house Simpati software.
Flexibility thanks to various interfaces (SimServ interface,
LabView, OPC-UA, ProfiBus, ProfiNET or EtherCAT).
ASCII can still be used.

Even more precise humidity values and simple management of the humidification water.

Innovative absolute humidity control ensures control accuracy for climate change tests and extreme temperature and humidity combinations.
Large water bath for increased humidification and dehumidification performance.
25-litre water tank - automatic make-up included as standard.

Protect your valuable test material.

Triple test material fuse included as standard.
Active test items can be de-energized via a potential-free contact.
Test chamber can switch off in the event of a fault in the test material or be set to a defined value (optional).

Shield your test material from prying eyes.

With our patented ‘smart’ test item protection, you protect the test room from prying eyes.

Customised to the requirements of your test.

Every test item and test is different. Our temperature and climate chambers can be customised to the requirements of the test material and the test.

The ClimeEvent now also with climate-friendly refrigerant CO2 (R744).

Our single-stage systems (down to -40°C) will be replaced with CO2 systems (GWP <1) on 1 January 2025.
Find out more!

  • GWP = 1 - future-proof testing!
  • Our CO2 systems provide powerful cooling down to -50°C.
  • No changes to the infrastructure necessary.
  • Compared to single-stage units (down to -40°C), often lower investment and operating costs.
  • Lower energy consumption, with ramp programmes between 120 °C and -40 °C.
  • For example, a CO2 test chamber consumes up to 30 % less energy than a cascade.
  • Significantly reduced sound pressure level.

We develop the optimum solution for your application.

Automotive: Demanding climate tests such as those from LV124 or general standards such as the IEC 60068 series pose no challenges for our test chambers. Not even in the field of e-mobility.

Electronics: Our test chambers are designed for a wide range of tests in the electronics industry and easily master these specific requirements; e.g. low-silicone test chamber.

5G and autonomous driving: There are often very specific requirements in this area. Special adaptations enable testing in the EMC area or of lidar sensors.

Aeropace and defence: In this area, extreme demands are often placed on the product. Our chambers can be used to test corresponding standards from the aerospace or defence sector.

Consumer products: Consumer and luxury goods must also be tested. These sometimes pose special challenges for the test chambers, such as tests with leather, which introduces highly corrosive outgassing into the test chamber. Here too, we have already provided solutions for our customers on several occasions.

Special applications.

Lithium ions: Rechargeable batteries are installed in many devices these days, and e-mobility is also leading to an increased number of tests with batteries. To ensure that you can test these test items safely, our test chambers are equipped with a tested safety system based on the EUCAR Hazard Level System, which extends up to Hazard Level 7.

ATEX: Many test items use flammable substances as lubricants or operating fluids. A risk assessment is required in order to be able to test safely even in the event of a leak in the test material. If necessary, measures must be taken at the test chamber. We offer you advisory support and equip your test chamber with a tested safety concept.

ESD: Some test items are very sensitive to electrostatic charge. The test chambers can be equipped accordingly to prevent this from happening in the test chamber, for example through air movement. From the earthing point to the shielding of all installed components.

EMC: The test chambers must be specially shielded to ensure that no signals are emitted from the test object into the environment or affect your test object. We have many years of experience in the construction of test chambers for EMC tests.

Corrosive gases: PCBs and plug connections in particular must be tested under conditions with corrosive gases. Appropriate equipment is also available for this purpose.
