Movable temperature sensor Pt 100 with flexible cable for temperature measurement at any point in the test room or on the test object. The measured value is displayed in °C on the control panel and can be called up via the interfaces or the free analogue outputs of the measured value card.

ClimeEvent
Our ClimeEvent climate chamber is as innovative as it is sophisticated and offers you real added value in everyday testing. With increased humidification and dehumidification performance and a new type of control for even more precise humidity values - the perfect solution for testing the influence of temperature and humidity on the properties, function and service life of your products.
This makes the ClimeEvent unique.
Also with new climate-friendly refrigerant R744.

Innovative absolute humidity control ensures control accuracy for climate change tests and extreme temperature and humidity combinations.
Large water bath for increased humidification and dehumidification performance.
25-litre water tank - automatic make-up included as standard.
Protect your valuable test material.
Triple test material fuse included as standard.
Active test items can be de-energized via a potential-free contact.
Test chamber can switch off in the event of a fault in the test material or be set to a defined value (optional).
Shield your test material from prying eyes.
With our patented ‘smart’ test item protection, you protect the test room from prying eyes.
Customised to the requirements of your test.
Every test item and test is different. Our temperature and climate chambers can be customised to the requirements of the test material and the test.

LED status bar for a quick overview
The LED bar shows the test progress in green. Warnings (orange) and alarms (red) are also displayed. A glance into the laboratory in the morning is enough to see the status of all systems.

Window in the door with optional privacy screen
Often, a good view of the test specimen is important. Therefore, our chamber can be equipped with a heated and 5-fold glazed pane. Together with the bright LED lighting in the test room, they ensure clear visibility under all test conditions. Sometimes, however, it is also important to protect the test object from prying eyes. In this case, the pane becomes opaque at the push of a button (optional).

Foldable web panel 25.4 cm (10“)
The 25.4 cm (10“) display is foldable. All settings can be made via the touch panel, and test programs can be conveniently programmed.

Water tank for climate tests
For climate tests, there is a water tank below the test room door with a capacity of 27 liters. If a corresponding water supply is available (included in the basic equipment), it can be filled manually or automatically. Optionally, a demineralization unit can be installed.
Access Ports
The size, position, and design of our access ports are as individual as your test object and your tests. Talk to us. We have the right solution for every requirement.

Mobile and undercarriage
The test cabinet is designed to be transported with simple tools. Optionally, rollers are available, allowing the test cabinet to be moved without any tools.

Digital inputs and outputs
With this, the test object can be controlled via appropriate circuits. For example, it can be switched on and off via the digital channel using a relay. Optionally, a specific behavior of the test chamber can be programmed via the inputs. For example, in the event of solidification of the test object, the test chamber can be regulated to room temperature to prevent aging of the test object.

USB and Ethernet
In the basic equipment, a USB port for data recording (csv) and an Ethernet port are available. The cabinet can be controlled via the network connection with our software S!MPATI® or the data can be recorded. Additionally, the cabinet can also be controlled by external programs via our own protocol SimServ.

Efficient humidification system
Deep inside is our humidification system for climate tests. It is designed to be very robust against outgassing of the test object and does not require additional infrastructure such as compressed air. With the water bath, a large climate range can be covered. Only at very high humidification performances or low dew points are steam humidifiers or compressed air dryers required.
Hardware test object protection
In addition to the software-side test object protection, the hardware test object protection is also included in the basic equipment. With its own Pt100 sensor and its own hardware, it is system-independent and can effectively protect the test object from incorrect temperatures in the event of a fault.

LED test room lighting
In the test chamber, there is an LED ceiling lighting. It ensures uniform and bright illumination, even when standing in front of the test chamber and blocking the incoming light with the upper body.
Potential-free contact
In the basic equipment, a potential-free contact is available. In the event of a malfunction of the test cabinet, the test object can be switched off via this contact. This can prevent an unacceptable temperature rise in the test chamber due to heat dissipation of the test object.

The ClimeEvent now also with climate-friendly refrigerant CO2 (R744).
Our single-stage systems (down to -40°C) will be replaced with CO2 systems (GWP <1) on 1 January 2025.
Find out more!
- GWP = 1 - future-proof testing!
- Our CO2 systems provide powerful cooling down to -50°C.
- No changes to the infrastructure necessary.
- Compared to single-stage units (down to -40°C), often lower investment and operating costs.
- Lower energy consumption, with ramp programmes between 120 °C and -40 °C.
- For example, a CO2 test chamber consumes up to 30 % less energy than a cascade.
- Significantly reduced sound pressure level.
We develop the optimum solution for your application.
Automotive: Demanding climate tests such as those from LV124 or general standards such as the IEC 60068 series pose no challenges for our test chambers. Not even in the field of e-mobility.
Electronics: Our test chambers are designed for a wide range of tests in the electronics industry and easily master these specific requirements; e.g. low-silicone test chamber.
5G and autonomous driving: There are often very specific requirements in this area. Special adaptations enable testing in the EMC area or of lidar sensors.
Aeropace and defence: In this area, extreme demands are often placed on the product. Our chambers can be used to test corresponding standards from the aerospace or defence sector.
Consumer products: Consumer and luxury goods must also be tested. These sometimes pose special challenges for the test chambers, such as tests with leather, which introduces highly corrosive outgassing into the test chamber. Here too, we have already provided solutions for our customers on several occasions.

Special applications.
Lithium ions: Rechargeable batteries are installed in many devices these days, and e-mobility is also leading to an increased number of tests with batteries. To ensure that you can test these test items safely, our test chambers are equipped with a tested safety system based on the EUCAR Hazard Level System, which extends up to Hazard Level 7.
ATEX: Many test items use flammable substances as lubricants or operating fluids. A risk assessment is required in order to be able to test safely even in the event of a leak in the test material. If necessary, measures must be taken at the test chamber. We offer you advisory support and equip your test chamber with a tested safety concept.
ESD: Some test items are very sensitive to electrostatic charge. The test chambers can be equipped accordingly to prevent this from happening in the test chamber, for example through air movement. From the earthing point to the shielding of all installed components.
EMC: The test chambers must be specially shielded to ensure that no signals are emitted from the test object into the environment or affect your test object. We have many years of experience in the construction of test chambers for EMC tests.
Corrosive gases: PCBs and plug connections in particular must be tested under conditions with corrosive gases. Appropriate equipment is also available for this purpose.
