After twelve months, the time had finally come: Ten production employees of Schunk Sintermetalltechnik at the Heuchelheim site (SST-GI) successfully completed their development program to become shift supervisors. This program, specially designed for SST, prepares participants for the role of a shift supervisor with technical and disciplinary leadership.
In addition to the fixed program modules, this also included a personal development plan and regular feedback sessions with the responsible manager, the plant manager and HR development. The ten graduates now have the tools they need to take on personnel responsibility and thus the opportunity for their personal development in their hands.
