The specialisation “Management of Business Processes” provides you with valuable skills in the strategic and operational management of business processes. For effective and efficient value creation in the company, you will learn how to continuously put existing processes to the test in order to realise optimisation potential in the company.

Specialisation in Technical Processes

The Technical Processes specialisation provides you with knowledge and skills in the innovation process of a company. The focus is on the acquisition and preservation of intellectual property (patent system and knowledge management) as well as the in-depth treatment of technical processes.
