CENTRAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM

The central automation system in the container includes the real-time controller and the host PC at the operator station. The real-time controller is the heart of the automation system: All communication paths for the automation of the test stand come together in it. It is the leader of the bus system via which all system components exchange information in real-time.
Ethernet is used for communication between the host PC, the applications PC for connection to the battery management system and the control system of the climatic chamber. Further interfaces and ports for digital and analogue inputs and outputs are available.
