IR Activation of Bitumen Adhesives

A layer of Bitumen is used as insulation and adhesive to produce White Label products. It is activated by use of Infrared heat. The system is fully automated in two levels to take limited production space into account. A high throughput is realized by two IR-ovens in parallel 24/7 use.
